The half-French Canadian/half Japanese, Ozawa has gained immense popularity throughout Japan and Indonesia where the 24-year-old landed a mainstream film role. Sora Aoi, whom at first found it difficult to update her Twitter and blog after the natural disasters, was later inspired by positive messages surrounding her, and encouraging others to keep their spirits high. On March 13, she Tweeted, “Now I feel comfortable after a long time to see everyone smiling.” Ai Sayama, on the other hand, has remained practical in her Tweets, but mentions prayer during this difficult time. “I couldn’t stop the tears when I saw the (video) footage of the tsunami,” she wrote. However, on March 13, she humbly wrote, “I can live without a refrigerator.” Our hearts and prayers go out to those in Japan—both in our XXX brethren and out.
