Just the latest fail from some foreign military exercise. The internet is full of this stuff. People with guns that explode when they shouldn't, bombs that are just little puffs, rocket launchers that backfire and it just goes on and on. Seems like Captain Kangaroo is in charge in most of these places. Keep trying, dudes, one day you'll get it right.....
