If KG showed up tonight we win. Instead, he let Chris Bosh dominate. I've rarely been more disappointed in a big-time Boston athlete. Garnett was a no-show. He needed to pick up his bro Rondo and be a leader. Nope - didn't happen. He got totally freakin' schooled and we had to watch Bosh tip in a shot to seal the victory. Shameful. Where's the heart of a champion?
Things are lookin' tough, folks. I'm not likin' the odds of Boston winnin' 3 straight to win the series. Not happenin'. It's lookin' like the end for the new "Big Three." RIP. Woulda, coulda, shoulda. Not the best legacy for the so-called superstars. One title doesn't cut it in this town.
Final thought. Paul Pierce is absolutely not to blame. It's been his misfortune to play with a parade of teammates who couldn't keep up with his talent and effort. In my book, he's one of the best Celtics of all time. Heart. Competitor. He deserves better. Pay attention!
